Support

IERES is grateful for support from individuals, foundations and corporations for its activities. This support helps make possible some of our most important activities: supporting outstanding students; providing opportunities for students to study in Europe or Eurasia; funding research conducted by students and professors; bringing in outside speakers to share their insights with the IERES community; organizing conferences, seminars, and brown-bag lunches that bring students, professors and outside experts together; holding film and discussion evenings with students; and more.

In recent years, IERES has received funding from the Carnegie Corporation of New York, the National Endowment for Humanities, the Henry Luce Foundation, the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, the Coca-Cola Foundation, the Stuart Family Foundation, and the Heritage Foundation of the First Security Federal Savings Bank of Chicago. Alumni and other interested individuals have also contributed endowments or other funds to help support the study of Europe and Eurasia.
