Module 1.3: Proving value: how to measure and communicate the local benefits of global engagement
Module 1.4: Bringing the benefits of competition, trade, and foreign investment to local communities
Module 1.5: Making local communities safer from foreign malign influence and interference; guidelines for informed engagement with foreign governments
Day 2
Module 2.1: A strategic approach to city internationalisation – the case of Tallinn, Estonia
Module 2.2: Subnational representation in the multilateral architecture: a primer on C40’s agenda at COP30
Module 2.3: Ethical deployment of innovative technology and community engagement in local governments
