Volodymyr Dubovyk is an Associate Professor in the Department of International Relations and Director of the Center for International Studies at Odessa I. I. Mechnikov National University. Volodymyr has conducted research at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, the Center for International and Security Studies at the University of Maryland, and taught at the University of Washington, Seattle and St. Edwards University/University of Texas, Austin.
Nigel Gould-Davies

Nigel Gould-Davies is a Senior Fellow for Russia and Eurasia, and Editor of Strategic Survey, at the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS). From 2014-20, he taught and conducted research in Asia. From 2010-14, he held senior government relations roles in the energy industry in Central and Southeast Asia. From 2000-10, he served in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office where his roles included Head of Economics in Moscow, Ambassador to Belarus, and Project Director in the policy planning staff.
Ekaterina Koldunova

Ekaterina Koldunova is an Associate Professor in the Department of Asian and African Studies at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations, the MFA of Russia. She is the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Russian Comparative Politics journal. Ekaterina has published in Russian, English, Italian, and Chinese on regional transformations and security, international relations in Southeast Asia, Russian foreign policy in Asia, and political systems of Southeast Asian states.
Maria Snegovaya

Maria Snegovaya is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Kellogg Center for Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at Virginia Tech, a Visiting Scholar at the Institute for European, Russian, and Eurasian Studies at George Washington University, and a Non-Resident Fellow at the Atlantic Council. She is a comparative politics, international relations, and statistical methods specialist. The key focus of her research is democratic backsliding in Eastern Europe, as well as Russia’s domestic and foreign policy.
